Since I use egg noodles mixed with other ingredients, I have to say these are perfect. Great Value saves you money and I recommend these highly. Now, if the noodle was the star of your meal, I would honestly choose a name brand, but these are not going to disappoint you. I recommend them.

Nice size, cooks faster, not whole grain

I think these used to be called small. Medium is subjective, they are still the smallest twisted egg noodles. They cook faster and they don't stick to each other. These smaller ones are easier to eat neatly, longer ones can be sloppy to eat. The twist means a pound bag of these is fairly bulky. I want a whole grain version of these, smart eaters prefer whole grains.

Good noodle-numerous uses

It has become difficult to find the single pack of medium egg noodles on the Walmart site; I always keep a bag of these on hand for casseroles and other dishes. Get them when you can. They are a good quality noodle and cook well when prepared as directed. Do not overcook.
