As the title states, I think I need the next size up, XL is to small for my dome, any idea how I can go about fixing this?

Still waiting on a reply from my first email sent 09/13/22 when item was received and noticed it was not the size I ordered.. I emailed to see if they had the size I needed to try to do the return because it is needed for 10/15/22, whole reason why it was purchased.
