This is one produce that I never have an issue with when buying at Walmart. Fun Fact...did you know that you can make DIY bacon from mushrooms? If you're trying to cut the fat and/or any other ingredient in regular bacon has, give it a try. I'm still experimenting. You'll need some Liquid Smoke or other hickory flavored sauce to get that bacon flavor. You can find the recipe online. Good Luck!

I like mushrooms, these are good

They were $2.00 and now they went up 12 cents this week. That's why the minus one star, other than that the mushrooms are good. I purchase these or a larger size a lot. I put mushrooms in a lot of dishes I cook and they are good for you. The freshness was good so o complain on that.

Not the fresh ones as pictured

I wanted the mushrooms as pictured, the fresh ones in the blue container. I got some odd prepacked looking with a fully printed heat sealed top. They looked old and kinda brown. When I opened them to use them, some of the ones that were under the label were covered with a long fuzzy white mold.
