Once cooked through, slice the top criss-crossing several cuts, top with salt, butter, cheese, green onions, sour cream, bacon bits, chili, chicken, ranch dressing, chopped ham, - so many options, and so easy!

I love these for baked potatoes. They are very easy to peel as well.
