C&H Premium Pure Cane Light Brown Sugar 2 lb. Zipper-Pak

An excellent brown sugar, with a consistent taste and quality. The only issue is that the packages are frequently compromised when shipped/ delivered from WalMart. The last package had such a large and visible hole, and part of the sugar had solidified to become such a rock, that part of it had to be discarded. (Normally you can soften brown sugar if it's slightly hardened, but not this time). Otherwise, the product itself is great.

I don't know what is going on with this brand we have used it for years but the last half a dozen bags that we have bought have turned hard as a rock shortly after opening. And we keep the Ziploc tightly closed. Up to you whether you want to use it after that but hard to measure if you're just taking it out in big chunks
