Pasta Salad, Anyone?

This tri-color rotini is the absolute best to include in your next summertime pasta salad. I use only this pasta, then add some cooked broccoli, some cooked chicken (left-over rotisserie chicken worked really well), chopped shallots, chopped celery, a bit of fresh avocado, a smidge of lettuce, then top it off with a creamy dressing (I use various flavors of Ranch, but your choice!) and voila! A healthy summertime lunch or dinner!

Delish Cold Pasta Dish

I decided to make a dish for one of my friends that I had not made in maybe 20 years, it was a shrimp pasta salad. The colors of the pasta made it as perfect as it could have been. I don't believe that I could have over cooked the pasts, after adding all of the ingredients the pasta did not fall apart! It was a great choice to make a dish for a very hot day! And I can't forget the price; it was almost like a giveaway.
