I shred this myself and use it in green salad, chicken %26 tuna salads, topper for my Italian dishes. I even sprinkle it in my scrambled eggs and the melting factor is on point. I am not a fan of the Romano/Parmesan mix in this form due to the taste. But this kind has an amazing flavor.

Great For Grating !

This is my go-to cheese to use with pasta, mix into the hamburger mixture for meatballs, top home-made pizza, etc. I prefer this rather than using cheese that is sold already grating. Grating it yourself before you use it doesn't have additives and it seems to have better flavor.
