Arrived on time, easy to serve as scoops, and my cats always finishes all of her food! I personally like to soften it up with warm water but that isn't required to serve. The only thing I would love to be easier is the nutrition labelling - my serving come in fractions of cups, and their Calorie calculations are in ounces, but the pieces don't fit perfectly to amount markings since they are larger chunks and it's difficult to estimate how much volume/mass they actually would be.
