Heart of the Home is Happier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our house, it came with a Frigidaire Gallery Series range and fridge. They were both in good shape, though clearly used, so we decided to keep them since they still worked. One day, while painting the kitchen, I accidentally broke the glass top on the stove when I lost my balance and stepped back onto it. I was okay, but the stove was not. After looking into options, I decided to stick with Frigidaire and got interested in induction cooking. I picked this model after reading reviews, and I’m really glad I did. The steam bake feature is fantastic. I’ve made pizza, roasts, and chicken thighs, and there’s a big difference between regular bake and steam bake. If you’re using induction, just make sure your pans are magnetic. You can check with a magnet. Food cooks quickly and evenly. I’m very happy with my new range.

PERFECT Power-Saving & Fine-Tuning Cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buying any new appliance is both complicated and stressful, so, WHEN YOU GET IT RIGHT, it is particularly satisfying! Because of allergies, we recently removed a gas range and replaced it with this Frigidaire Induction range and I could not be happier! Not only does it LOOK great, but it is SO EASY to use and provides AMAZING RESULTS! Took a moment to become familiar/comfortable with the touch controls, but now, we are showing off this range to friends and neighbors who see how QUICKLY it works, the QUALITY/CONSISTENCY - and most importantly - the PRECISION of the cooking and the AFFORDABILITY. Because of the fumes associated with gas cooking, I previously avoided cooking. Now, with this Induction range, I feel in COMPLETE control of FINE-TUNING my cooking efforts and my family couldn't be more pleased with all the new dishes that I am cooking! SO HAPPY!!! Added an aftermarket, large silicone mat on top so to further protect it . Quick cleanup immediately after cooking continues to make our range look brand new! (And, P.S., because we have solar panels on our roof and Powerwall batteries in our garage, we literally, go off grid and have no charge for power now, when we cook with this Induction range! EXTRA BONUS as this is safer, particularly in earthquake-prone, Southern California.)

The precise heat control produces amazing results from perfect scrambled eggs to grilled sandwiches to quick oatmeal. My wife brown hamburger for a Shepherds pie and the spices blended perfectly. The easy stuff tastes better. Clean up is easier than advertised. We will begin to prepare more complicated dishes and we are confident with our knowledge learned so far they will be amazing as well.
