Very happy with this low back seating! It looks beautiful on my covered patio and was a great value. It is sturdy and I see it lasting for a long time, I don't have any gorillas in my family and we don't let kids jump on our furniture. Just saying... Ten stars for the customer service! There was an issue with one cushion so I reached out to them and they responded immediately and took care of it, shipping a replacement and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. A for that, I haven't received such excellent communication and fantastic customer service from a company in a looong time. Bravo. A couple pointers if you are considering buying this set: Read ALL the instructions before you start to save yourself time Realize this is casual seating, don't expect high-back "deep seating" and you will love it If you need to contact the manufacturer for some reason, go through the Walmart "contact seller" portal, they are more responsive than using the address on the instructions Overall a win, and highly recommend, and I was not paid or comped for this review!
