Not really waterproof!

If the plug and control bar are not waterproof the set is not waterproof. I bought two clear sets and 2 colored sets for Christmas only to have them blow out in the rain event though I covered the plugs and controls with plastic wrap. The rain still leaked in and caused a power outage to our house.
