The "6 6 6 rule" for walking is a simple guideline some people use to structure their walks. It generally refers to walking at a moderate pace for 6 days a week, for at least 60 minutes each day, and aiming for around 6,000 steps or more. This approach can help build consistency and make it easier to track progress. If you're using a walking pad or treadmill, many models offer step counting and time tracking features to support your routine. Adjust the rule to fit your comfort and schedule, and check with a professional if you have any health concerns.

Choosing the right walking cane depends on your height, weight, and the level of support you need. Look for adjustable canes to customize the fit, and consider features like ergonomic handles or quad bases for added stability. Folding canes are great for travel and storage. It's also helpful to check the weight capacity and grip material for comfort. If you're not sure which style suits you best, you can visit your local Walmart store to try different options or ask an associate for guidance.
