Choosing the right size for twerk shorts is all about comfort and fit. Start by checking the size chart on each product page—these usually list waist and hip measurements. If you’re between sizes, consider how you like your shorts to fit: a snug fit can offer more support for workouts, while a looser fit may be better for lounging. Look for details like high waists or stretchy fabrics, which can provide extra flexibility. If you’re unsure, reading customer reviews can also give insight into how the shorts fit real people.

When it comes to twerking or high-movement workouts, breathable and stretchy fabrics are key.

• Polyester blends often wick away sweat and dry quickly.
• Spandex or elastane adds stretch for flexibility and comfort.
• Cotton blends can feel soft and comfy for casual wear, but may not be as moisture-wicking for intense sessions.

Absolutely! Many twerk shorts double as versatile activewear. Their stretchy, high-waisted designs make them great for yoga, running, gym workouts, or just relaxing at home. Some styles even work as loungewear or casual summer outfits. Just check the product details to see if the shorts offer the features you want for your favorite activities.

To keep your booty lifting shorts in great shape, follow these general care tips:

1. Turn shorts inside out before washing to protect the fabric and any ruching.
2. Use cold water and a gentle cycle to help preserve elasticity.
3. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down stretchy fibers.
4. Air dry when possible, or use a low-heat setting in the dryer.
