Choosing the right size for a table lantern depends on where you plan to use it.

• For small tables or shelves, look for lanterns under 12 inches tall.
• Medium spaces like coffee tables or mantles work well with lanterns between 12 and 20 inches.
• Larger tables or floor displays can handle lanterns over 20 inches.

Consider the overall style of your room and make sure the lantern complements your decor without overwhelming the space. Measuring your table beforehand can help you visualize the best fit.

Many table lanterns are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, but it's important to check the product details.

• Look for lanterns labeled as weather-resistant or waterproof if you plan to use them outside.
• Metal and glass lanterns often handle outdoor conditions better than wood or fabric styles.
• Solar-powered or LED lanterns are convenient for patios and gardens.

Always bring lanterns indoors during severe weather to help maintain their appearance and functionality.

Cleaning your table lantern is simple and helps keep it looking great.

• For metal or glass lanterns, wipe surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage finishes.
• If your lantern has removable parts, take them apart for a more thorough clean.
• For lanterns with LED candles, gently dust the candle and avoid getting moisture near the electronics.

Regular cleaning can help prevent buildup and keep your lantern shining bright.

Some table lanterns are suitable for real candles, but safety depends on the design.

• Lanterns with glass panels and sturdy metal frames are generally safer for candle use.
• Always place lanterns on stable, heat-resistant surfaces.
• Never leave burning candles unattended and keep them away from flammable materials.
• LED or flameless candles are a safer alternative, especially for homes with kids or pets.

Check product descriptions to confirm compatibility with real candles before use.

Some table lanterns include bulbs, LED candles, or flameless candles, while others are sold as holders only.

• Always review the product listing to see what's included.
• If bulbs or candles are not provided, you can find compatible options at Walmart.
• LED candles are popular for their safety and convenience.

Having the right accessories ensures your lantern is ready to use right out of the box or can be customized to suit your style.
