Choosing the right size sumo suit is all about comfort and fit. Most adult inflatable and bodysuit costumes are designed as one-size-fits-most, but it's a good idea to check the product description for height and weight guidelines. If you're shopping for kids or babies, look for sizing charts or age recommendations in the product details. When in doubt, consider the suit's stretch or adjustability features, and remember that a looser fit can make it easier to move around during parties or performances.

Yes, you can usually wear a sumo suit over your regular clothes. Inflatable and bodysuit costumes are designed to fit comfortably over lightweight clothing like t-shirts and leggings. For the best experience, avoid bulky layers underneath, as they can make the suit feel tight or restrict movement. If you're planning to wear the suit for an extended period, breathable fabrics underneath can help keep you comfortable.

Cleaning an inflatable sumo costume is simple with a few easy steps:

• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt or stains.
• Avoid submerging the costume in water, as this can damage the fan or battery pack.
• Let the suit air dry completely before storing it.

For fabric bodysuits, check the care label for washing instructions. Most can be hand washed in cold water and air dried. Always store costumes in a cool, dry place to keep them in good shape for your next event.

Sumo suits designed for kids, such as baby bodysuits or child-sized costumes, are generally made with safety in mind. Look for features like soft materials, secure closures, and breathable fabrics. Always supervise children while they're wearing costumes, especially inflatable ones, to prevent tripping or overheating. If the suit includes small parts or accessories, make sure they're age-appropriate and securely attached. Following these tips can help create a fun and safe experience for everyone.

If your sumo suit develops a small tear, you can often patch it up at home. For inflatable suits, use clear tape or a patch kit designed for vinyl or plastic to seal the area. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the patch. For fabric bodysuits, a needle and thread or fabric glue can help fix minor rips. If the damage is extensive, consider reaching out to the manufacturer for repair advice or replacement options.
