Playing with a skip ball is simple and fun! Here’s how to get started:

1. Slip the ring over one ankle so the ball rests on the outside of your foot.
2. Swing your leg in a circular motion, making the ball spin around your ankle.
3. As the ball comes around, hop over it with your free foot to keep it moving.

It’s a great way to boost coordination and get active. You can play indoors or outdoors—just make sure you have enough space to move safely and avoid obstacles.
