Choosing the right size rectangular umbrella table depends on your outdoor space and how many people you want to seat.

• Measure your patio or deck area to ensure the table fits comfortably, leaving room for chairs and movement.
• Most tables seat 4-8 people, so consider your typical gathering size.
• Check the umbrella hole diameter to match your umbrella pole.

Thinking about your space and needs can help you find a table that’s both functional and stylish for your outdoor gatherings.

Many rectangular umbrella tables are designed with all-weather materials like metal, HDPE, or treated wood.

• If your table is weather-resistant, it can usually stay outdoors year-round.
• For extra protection, consider using a furniture cover during harsh weather or winter months.
• Regularly check for signs of rust or wear and clean as needed.

Taking these steps can help extend the life of your table and keep it looking great season after season.

Cleaning a rectangular glass patio table is simple and helps keep it sparkling.

• Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water to wipe down the surface.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could scratch the glass.
• Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.

For tougher stains, a mixture of vinegar and water can be effective. Regular cleaning keeps your table ready for outdoor meals and gatherings.

Rectangular umbrella tables typically feature a central umbrella hole that accommodates standard patio umbrellas.

• Check the diameter of the umbrella hole—most are between 1.5" and 2" wide.
• Choose an umbrella with a compatible pole size and enough coverage for your table’s length.
• Look for umbrellas with sturdy frames and UV-resistant fabric for outdoor durability.

Matching the umbrella to your table ensures shade and comfort for your outdoor space.
