PlayStation VR works with several types of controllers, depending on the game and your setup. Common options include:

• PlayStation Move Motion Controllers: These are often used for immersive VR experiences and motion-based games.
• DualShock 4 Wireless Controller: Many PS VR games support this standard controller for navigation and gameplay.
• PlayStation VR Aim Controller: Designed for compatible shooting games, this controller offers a unique way to play.

Always check the game’s requirements to see which controllers are supported for the best experience.

PlayStation VR and its accessories are still available for purchase at many retailers, including Walmart. While newer VR systems have launched, you can often find both new and pre-owned PS VR headsets, motion controllers, and compatible accessories. Availability may vary by location and over time, so it's a good idea to check Walmart’s online selection or visit your local store for the latest options.

PS VR2 is the next generation of PlayStation virtual reality, offering several improvements over the original. Some key differences include:

• Enhanced visual quality: Higher resolution displays and improved tracking for a more immersive experience.
• New controllers: Updated Sense controllers with advanced haptics and adaptive triggers.
• Improved comfort: Redesigned headset for better fit and longer play sessions.

Keep in mind, PS VR2 is designed for PlayStation 5 and may not be compatible with all previous accessories or games.

To check if a VR controller works with your system, look for compatibility details on the product packaging or online listing. Most controllers specify which consoles or VR headsets they support, such as PlayStation VR, Meta Quest, or PC. If you’re shopping on Walmart.com, you can use the product description and customer reviews for guidance. When in doubt, consult your console’s official compatibility list or reach out to customer support for help.

Setting up VR controllers can be straightforward with a few helpful tips:

• Charge fully: Make sure your controllers are fully charged before starting.
• Pair carefully: Follow the pairing instructions for your specific system, whether it’s Bluetooth or USB connection.
• Update firmware: Check for any available updates for your controllers or headset to ensure the best performance.
• Clear play area: Remove obstacles from your play space to avoid accidents and improve tracking.

These steps can help you get the most out of your VR experience at home.
