Gorilla Lock(112)

Gorilla wheel locks are designed to make it much harder for thieves to remove your wheels without the proper key. They replace one of your standard lug nuts with a uniquely patterned lock that requires a matching key to remove. This added layer of security can help deter theft and give you peace of mind, especially if you park in public areas. While no lock is completely theft-proof, using wheel locks can make your vehicle a less attractive target and help protect your investment.

Most gorilla wheel lock keys are not interchangeable between different sets. Each lock set typically comes with its own unique key pattern, which is designed to match only the locks in that specific set. This helps increase security by making it harder for someone to use a generic key. If you have multiple sets, it's a good idea to keep each key labeled and stored safely to avoid confusion.

If you lose your wheel lock key, don't worry—there are steps you can take.

• First, check if you have the key code card that came with your lock set. This card allows you to order a replacement key from the manufacturer.
• If you don't have the card, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly with details about your lock set.
• Some automotive shops may also have tools to safely remove wheel locks, but it's best to avoid forcing them off to prevent damage.

To pick the right size gorilla wheel lock, you'll need to know your vehicle's thread size, pitch, and seat type. These details are usually found in your owner's manual or by checking your existing lug nuts. Using the correct size ensures a proper fit and maximum security. If you're unsure, you can bring a lug nut to your local automotive store or consult online guides. Choosing the right lock helps keep your wheels safe and prevents installation issues.
