CloudEdge is compatible with a range of WiFi-enabled security cameras, including many mini cameras and dome cameras found on Walmart's site. To check compatibility, look for cameras that mention CloudEdge support in their product description or packaging. If you're shopping online, review the product details and customer reviews for confirmation. Compatibility usually means you can access cloud storage, remote viewing, and app-based controls. If you have questions about a specific model, reach out to the manufacturer or check the CloudEdge app for a list of supported devices.

• Download the CloudEdge app: Start by installing the CloudEdge app on your smartphone.
• Power up your camera: Plug in or charge your camera as directed.
• Follow the app prompts: Open the app and select 'Add Device.' You'll be guided through steps to connect the camera to your WiFi network.
• Choose the right WiFi band: Many cameras support 2.4GHz and some support 5GHz. Make sure your phone is connected to the same band.
• Complete setup: Once connected, you can view live feeds and adjust settings from the app.

If you run into issues, check your WiFi signal strength and ensure your router is compatible.

• Check power: Make sure your camera is properly charged or plugged in.
• WiFi connection: Confirm the camera is within range of your router and connected to the correct network.
• App updates: Ensure the CloudEdge app is updated to the latest version.
• Restart device: Try restarting both the camera and your phone.
• Reset camera: If issues persist, use the reset button (if available) and follow the app's setup instructions again.

If these steps don't resolve the problem, consult the camera's manual or reach out to customer support for further assistance.

Many CloudEdge-compatible cameras offer a free trial of cloud storage, allowing you to save and review footage remotely for a limited time. After the trial, you may need to subscribe to a paid plan for continued cloud storage. Some cameras also support local storage options, like SD cards or TF cards, so you can record footage without a subscription. Always check the product details or app information for specifics about storage options and trial periods.
