Certo packets can be used with a wide variety of fruits, but the results may vary depending on the fruit's natural pectin content. Some fruits, like apples and citrus, set more easily, while others may need extra pectin for the right consistency. Always check the recipe or packet instructions for recommended fruit types and quantities. If you're experimenting with a new fruit, consider starting with a small batch to see how it turns out before making a larger quantity.
