At-home lumbar decompression tools can be helpful for gentle stretching, but it’s smart to start slow and follow the instructions closely.

• Read the manual first and set up on a flat, open area.
• Begin on the lowest height or intensity for 5–10 minutes.
• Use a small pillow under knees if lying down feels better.
• Breathe evenly and stop if discomfort increases.
• Look for safety features like timers and auto shutoff.
• If you’ve had recent surgery, fractures, or are pregnant, check with a medical professional before use.

For delivery or store pickup options and return windows, check the product page details.

The right features depend on your routine and comfort preferences.

• Heat: Adjustable warmth can promote relaxation.
• Intensity levels: Multiple vibration or traction settings to fine-tune comfort.
• Ergonomics: A lumbar-friendly contour that supports your natural curve.
• Safety: Timer and auto shutoff to prevent overuse.
• Straps: Secure attachment to chairs for home or office use.
• Power: Plug-in or rechargeable, depending on where you’ll use it.
• Care: Removable, washable covers for easier cleaning.
• Portability: Compact size and lighter weight if you’ll move it around.

Compare specs and reviews on each product page, and choose delivery or store pickup if available.

Getting the right fit helps the brace feel supportive without being restrictive.

1. Measure around your waist at the belly button using a soft tape measure.
2. Compare your measurement to the sizing chart on the product page.
3. If you’re between sizes, consider adjustability (longer straps or overlap).
4. Look for breathable materials if you’ll wear it under clothing.
5. Fit should feel snug but allow normal breathing and movement.

Every brace fits a bit differently, so check the size guide, user reviews, and the return policy in case you need to exchange. When in doubt, ask a medical professional for sizing guidance.

Back braces are typically intended for short, purposeful wear rather than nonstop use.

• Follow the product’s instructions for recommended wear time and breaks.
• Start with shorter sessions to see how your body responds.
• Check your skin periodically for irritation and adjust the fit if needed.
• Use layers (like a thin shirt) under the brace for comfort and hygiene.
• It’s a supportive aid—not a replacement for movement or exercises recommended by a medical professional.

For personal guidance on wear time, it’s a good idea to consult a medical professional, especially if you have existing conditions.

Regular care can help keep your device fresh and comfortable to use.

• Power off and unplug before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior with a slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth; avoid soaking.
• If there’s a removable cover, follow its care tag—gentle wash and air dry are common.
• Keep vents and controls dry, and never submerge the unit.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; loosely coil cords to prevent damage.

Always follow the specific instructions in the manual. If you need replacement covers or accessories, check the product page for compatible options sold at Walmart.
