Actress Sherry Jackson

Sherry Jackson was born in 1942 in Wendell, Idaho, where she enjoyed dancing, drama and singing at a young age. She later moved to Los Angeles with her family where her talents were recognized by a theatrical agent. In 1949 at the age of seven, Sherry Jackson made her screen debut in the musical, You're My Everything. This was the beginning of an active career that spanned films and television series as an adorable child, a coquettish teen and a femme fatale as an adult. Sherry Jackson received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1960.

In 1952, Sherry Jackson was cast in The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima, a drama about three shepherd children in Portugal who have a vision of a lady in a cloud. In 1965, she played the role of a California college student in Wild on the Beach. This movie was filmed in black and white, and it marked her first role in the beach party film genre.
