best exercise bike ever
it was a bit long to assemble, but very easy and straightforward with the instructions. the bike is wonderful and easy to use and well built the pedal are soft enough to just use you feet and it folds nicely for storage or the two other positions for exercising. I recommend using the seat at the highest possible for you with the bike in the high position for the best possible workout. it has a nice stand for your cellphone for watching a tv show or using the app that goes with the bike. it also has foot massager as well which is very nice.
