Classic Thermapen
I have had one of these pens for years and really like the ease in using it. So, when my granddaughter moved into her first apartment, it was one of the first gifts I gave her. Because she works at a restaurant and has seen these used by the chefs, she was delighted when she opened this gift. Well worth the money, especially since the price hasn't changed! When my other granddaughter moves into her apartment/house, she will also receive this from me.
