Order arrived when promised, was double packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Ordered for use as a gift after hours of researching nonstick and ceramic pans at this price point. Gotham Steel was selected because of the non-toxic materials and high ratings for durability. It was a big hit when opened as the pans are beautiful. After use for 2 weeks the comment was made about how easy it is to clean the pans and the trouble-free performance with cooking. The recommended step of seasoning the pans was done to increase the positive experience and extend the life of the pans.
