Love these pots and pans! The detachable handles make storage and dish washing so nice. The only thing is, make sure to oil the pan enough...I made the mistake of not liking enough and it was a struggle to clean. That's my own fault really, they are easy to clean otherwise. We also bought an extra handle on its own...not sure if it's a dud but it doesn't open easy like the ones that came with the set.
