When we received it today we pulled it out of the box and there are several snags on the actual mattress absolutely disappointed!! Shipping was good but overall disappointed. It came in a huge box so it's not even we're trying to take back to store. It says it's 8 inches but it's more like 6 will have to get a memory foam topper and a cover to fix it!

Do not use/order.

Not sure what happened, but my order was delayed 8 days from 1st date. Tried every means of customer service and couldn't get any help. Then to top it off they give me a little over 12hr notice b4 leaving at the wrong door. Please don't use this website!!! Will say finally got my mattress and it is amazing, 5 starts for the product, -5 on everything else.

No cushion in the mattress.

When I got the mattress it look like it would of been okay. Unfortunately, when I sat on it, it felt like a board. No cushion at all! I contacted to company and they don't take mattresses back so I am out of the money I spent for it. I have to scrap the mattress because it will not work for me. Beware of this company. They don't tell you the truth about how it is.
