Awesome little futon

i like how solid both the top and back of the futon is. there isn't any odd ridges or uneven feeling places when you lay it flat. The drawers are built from particle board, but that was expected for the price. As far as assembly goes, I weigh 115 lb and i was able to put it together without any help. i had to get the drawers from underneath the futon before i could flip it myself, but everything went well after that. The plug ins on the side are also add quite a bit of convenience.

Buyer Beware-Red Flag Product

This item arrived 4 days late with several damaged pieces. Under storage drawers are made of particle board which falls apart while assembling them, while following the directions exactly. The futon itself arrived in one solid piece and is perfect, if that's the only useable item that you want. Very disappointing for a “Serta” piece of furniture. Would not recommend to anyone!
