Fits 4' 11" ... Yay!

I am a short 4' 11" retired lady. I am happy to announce that the Veefa F1 bike fits me from seat to ground - with seat all of the way down. The handlebars can tilt so that they are comfortable for me to use. Short adults have a hard time finding an ebike that fits; and, I was able to get the bike out of its excellent packaging and together with just a tiny bit of help to pull the box off. The bicycle itself is heavy. This is something to keep in mind if your age or size is an issue. I'm currently learning to ride and feel comfortable with the bike on a grassy field. My first few attempts at making it go, left me on the ground. Now, I start the bike in setting 1 and gear 1 and am no longer falling. The button marked "GO" is something you don't touch until after you are comfortable with the bike. That's the "zoom" button and it will leave tread marks on your rug if you push it inside the house. Dawn dish soap removes the marks from carpet. Overall I am totally thrilled with my Veefa bike. The controls are very easy to use in comparison to the other brand my partner purchased. The step through design makes it easy for older riders to get on and off of the bike without a lot of leg swinging involved. Folding the bike and getting it into a hatchback vehicle is best down with two people due to weight and the need to make it fit into the backseat area that is folded down. We found that if the bike is first placed onto cardboard, the cardboard can slide the bike forward. One last note. I would never buy this type of bicycle for any person younger than an adult. There are simply too many ways for younger people to get hurt if they do not concentrate on what the bike is doing. An ebike is not like either a regular bicycle or a motorcycle.
