The Sunbeam Throw Poseidon Microplush is so soft to the touch and heat up quickly, and stay warm while using. I have tried a handful of electric throws, but this one is by far my favorite as it actually works and is super soft. I like how it has 4 settings and an auto shut off. This is a very strangely confusing blanket the control fits in upside down so the button is facing the blanket instead of the person under the blanket.. it is a strange size in shape. A blanket shouldn't be this difficult we've had other heating blankets before that were similar and they were much better. I gave this a three because it does heat up
