Bulb works. App doesn't!

The bulb itself is great. The colors and brightness are what I wanted. The app that controls it is horrible! Very difficult to get my phone to connect. Doesn't stay connected. Has to reconnect every time. Not conveinent or fun. No support from customer service either. COULD OF BEEN GREAT!!!
