First, there is A LOT to unpack-literally. Give yourself plenty of room and plenty of time. The assembly instructions were thorough and complete. After assembly, the bike works beautifully. We don't go on especially difficult rides as we do more casual rides and the trike handles very well and goes up hill (with assist) easily!! My wife (69 years young) has balance issues and she loves the stability the trike provides. The phone holder is a nice perk as well. I would recommend this trike for anyone, especially if you're older and or has balance issues. The trike is extremely easy and safe to ride.

Works Great if you have the room.

Fantastic bike overall. Charges in a couple hours for 60 miles. Tires are nice fat tires super sturdy on terrain. Id recommend being at least 5'11" to really enjoy it since it is a tall seat to ground. Riding is a slightly forward position but maybe with longer arms would be a little more straight up. It does take up a lot of space which is fine if you have the room. Can fold up though if needed. Customer Service is top notch and super responsive usually overnight responses assuming theyre based out of a different country. But i was going to return mine because it was to big for my studio apartment. They contacted me and gave me a $250 refund and let me keep the bike. So i will make due with it because it is fantastic and the customer service was extremely understanding. Id buy from LoreyStore again.
