Plain and simple. Heats up to a proper temp and stays until the job is done. While Ninja and Drew Barrymore are both worthy of high end kitchens, this classic CrockPot is not to be underestimated. Start on High for the first hour or so and then switch to low and walk away. The 7-quart capacity means it can handle 4-6 quart volume without the bubble-over mess, so this one is really the Goldielocks of em all. Not too big, not to small .....juuust riiight!
