This futon is perfect for an apartment. The make is quality and assembly is simple. Just be mindful it does have a little weight if assembling solo as I did. Be sure to be certain you're assembling the front and back legs properly. Being the bottom is visible during assembly, I lifted the couch to check leg positions. Other than that this futon has value far beyond the price of purchase. The look is perfect. I'm 6'2 and it still seemed comfortable enough sitting briefly.

Seems reasonably well built for what we're using it for (in our camper), but it would do well to have center legs as well as just the corners (as many other similar futons have). Also, the side pillows should have a velcro attachment because they have no hope of staying in place otherwise.

It works for now

I bought this as a temporary couch due to some ongoing work in my apartment. I have bronchitis and have been laying on it all day. It is surprisingly comfortable. It is smaller than it looks in the pics. Folded out, its twin size and definitely cannot sleep two adults. I am 5'3" and fit the fold out perfectly. Taller people may have to hang their feet off the end. The pillows are free floating - there is not away to securely attach them, so I anticipate that they will easily fall on the ground. Overall, it does the job for now.
