Chair arrived early. Easy to put together and instructions easy to follow if you pay attention to the details in each illustration. Not much back support but it is still a good sit. It tilts back, rolls easily across the floor, and turns side to side with ease with no Squeaking. Faux leather is soft and nice to the feel. It was a flaw in the stitching but it didn't take from the appearance. Chair looks just like the picture. I would recommend for a first time office chair until you can afford the $300.00 to $500.00 chair. This chair is sturdy and is worth the price.
