A high-quality, comfortable ride
The chair very solidly constructed and is comfortable. The only issue that I have with it is that the arm-support swivel adjusts a little too easily. I would like that to be a little stiffer or have some way to lock it down.

Great chair
Bought this five years ago at the beginning of the pandemic. I've been working from home ever since, every day. This chair is still as comfortable as the first day. No signs of any wear at all. The only complaint that I have is that I'd like it if the arm rest swivels were tighter.
