LIMITED WARRANTY Aroma Housewares Company warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the provable date of purchase in the United States.* Within this warranty period, Aroma Housewares Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, defective parts at no charge. Proof of the date of purchase, such as the original dated sales receipt, will be required with any request for warranty repair or replacement. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. This warranty does not apply if the warranty period expired; the product has been modified by any unauthorized service center or personnel; the defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environmental conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification, neglect of the owner or improper installation; the defect was subject to Force Majeure such as flood, fire, lightning, earthquake, other natural calamities, war. The warranty excludes accessories and replacement parts. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120V ~ 60Hz). Aroma’s sole obligation under the warranty shall be to replace the defective product with a working one or a similar model of equivalent value, if the same model is not available, in the occurrence of any failure or defect covered under the warranty during the warranty period. Refurbished items or items not purchased through an authorized retailer are not eligible for warranty claims. Transportation charges on parts, or products in whole, submitted for repair or replacement, under this warranty, must be borne by the purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state, and does not cover areas outside the United States. *Warranty coverage and duration are subject to product manual specifications.

Awesome for slow roasting!
Bought this for Thanksgiving, I got a 24.58 lb turkey and wanted to slow roast in oven but I needed a bigger roasting pan to hold it. This Electric roaster by Aroma was cheaper(or equal to) than buying a new pan. So I ordered the electric one. I started at 9:45 pm the night before and I seasoned my turkey and placed in preheated roaster at 450 for 30 min. Then turned the heat down to 200, without peeking I left it with a wired thermometer in the breast and slow roasted for 15 hrs. It was the best tasting and juiciest turkey I have ever made! It was very close to a deep pit without the smoke flavor. The only thing I would consider a negative is that at 450 the roaster is hot to the touch on the outside as well, but once turned down it wasn't hot at all. It is light weight and easy to clean. I am ready to try a prime rib or ribs or something next!

I bought this countertop roaster at the suggestion of a friend to cook a turkey with having to bend down to baste it and check internal temperatures from an awkward position. I followed the instructions from the owners manual for set ip and an online recipe for the turkey. Perfectly done, moist, lots odxflavor -and cooked through 45 minutes earlier than anticipated! I want to use it more often for other things now!
