Tineco PWRHERO11 Snap Cordless Lightweight Stick Vacuum Cleaner with Powerful Suction for Carpet, Hard Surfaces and Pet Hair

This is the suckiest cordless stick vacuum! I absolutely love it! I have a Shark Rocket Pet Pro and this Tineco vacuum picked up hair and dirt the Shark left behind. (See photo.) The day that I received it I charged it and vacuumed my living room on the highest setting. I was able to do the entire carpet before the battery ran down and needed to be recharged. The second day I took it off of the wall mount and did my kitchen floors. The vacuum started to shut down after 20 minutes of vacuuming. It would turn back on but go off again in 20 seconds. I contact Tineco support (who is awesome btw.) They told me how to trouble shoot to see if there was an issue with the motor, the battery, or it was clogged. To test it I had to remove the dustbin and turn it on. (See photo.) No issues with it turning off and on so I knew I had a clog. I took the filters out and washed them. Let them dry and put them back in, cleaned the hair from the multi-purpose power brush, reassembled and once again it worked like a charm. Now I realize you have to clean the filters after each use using water. Another issue I had is I could not get all of the hair out of the dustbin until I realize if you remove the filters the dirt and debris left inside come right out so you don't have to stick your hands in there and try to pull it out. I also contacted Tineco telling them that the multi-purpose power brush does not stand up as it states it does under the vacuum description. They sent me a video on how it should snap into place. It was not the same brush so be aware the one that comes with this vacuum does not stand up on it's own. Not a biggie but a disappointment no less. I do recommend that you invest in a second battery and more filters. It will allow you to keep cleaning when your filters clog and your battery runs low. The batteries run about $80 bucks and the filter packs (2 plus Hepa) run $26 bucks from Tineco's web site. All and all I am very happy with my purchase. With 3 mini Aussies and cats the hair is a problem. This vacuum has no problem picking up the hair on both my short pile carpet, throw rugs and kitchen floors. It comes with a mfg's 2 year warranty which is more than most of the cordless vacuum's have so that says something in itself. I have purchased several different models of cordless vac's because I like the ease of not having a cord getting in the way. The is the BEST cordless vacuum that I have found and as I said it out performed my Shark. I highly recommend.
