Gives great wrist support on long or heavy lift days.

Athletic Works Lifting Straps are a fantastic budget-friendly gym accessory that delivers great value, solid wrist support and reliable bar grip. They're made with strong stitching that lasts and don't tear with heavy lifts while also having comfortable adjustable loops that don't dig into or irritate the wrist.

Helps me with Lifting !!!

These Athletic Works Non-Slip Lifting Straps are a great value for the price. The latex grip provides excellent hold on the bar, helping me lift with more confidence and less hand fatigue. The wrist padding is comfortable and prevents digging into my skin during heavier lifts. They're durable, easy to use, and have noticeably improved my grip strength on pulling exercises. Highly recommended for anyone looking for affordable and effective lifting straps.

Great lifting straps for an intense workout!

These lifting straps are so great! I have been using them for some lifting, rowing, and pull-ups, and they provide a secure grip during heavy pulling movements. This allows me to focus on targeting specific muscles instead of worrying about my grip giving out. They're comfortable and breathable making them great for an intense workout. These straps have helped me lift a bit heavier and take on more reps without feeling as much irritation.
