It is heavy enough to damage some types of flooring (it damaged my new vinyl roll flooring). — A detailed warning about moving this furniture after assembly should be included in the manual. • The manual though very nice needs more clear drawings and informational detail. • When at the default Home position, the back is bolt upright with no way to slightly adjust the back angle, thus making it hard to relax. • When you start to recline it, the feet come up all the way first before the back starts to recline, limiting the positions at which you can get comfortable. This is not characteristic of power recliners (I've owned 7 not counting this loveseat: 4ea. single motor, 1ea. triple motor, 2ea. quadruple motor). • The bottom or bend-point of the headrest section is mid-back, such that the headrest can't really give comfortable support at many recline angles. • Nice vibration, but not strong/penetrating enough (like my power recliner chair). Modes are barely distinguishable as is intensity. • As many chairs do, the heat zone is mid-back, rather than lumbar where it could do more good. The labor and logistics of disassembling and returning this product to a UPS or FEDEX store in 4 huge boxes basically means I'm stuck with it despite their 30-day free returns policy. That's kind of sad. I hate to offer this loveseat sofa for family or guests to use.

I WAS told to refuse delivery which I did. Now Walmart is charging for assembly and shipping--Thats fraud--charging for something I DIDN'T RECEIVE--YOU OWE MY ACCOUNT $159!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
