I love these. I also bought some for my sisters. I keep two going at all times. Broccoli sprouts are ready to eat in 5 days and are known to kill cancer cells. Put a tablespoon of seed in jar put lid on, and fill with water. Drain after 8 hours. Fill and drain mornings and nights. After 5 days, open lid and enjoy! So easy, 400x better than broccoli. Use for BLTs, salads, stir fry, and everything else. 1 Tbs yields 3 cups. Absolutely no mess with these lids. Just rinse and repeat. Keeps out fruit flies, etc.
