Amazing!!!

This bike is amazing in a very pleased with it!!! I am pulling at least 300 lbs(so far)uphill no problem. I paired mine with the 2-seated Haymax stroller/trailer, as they are compatible... I was very surprised it was so powerful. Wear a helmet for sure. I don't have any complaints! It's a very nice-looking, good-quality bike. Don't forget to give the Heybike app a try, because it's amazing and because the Heybike is capable of more than you know. You can technically use it without the app, though. I'm a five feet, one inch tall, 100lb woman.. perfect for me, but it can be adjusted if you are super tall! it was easy for me to build myself. I took it out for over two hours, and the battery stayed pretty much the same, and for me, the battery life in the app is accurate to the bike battery.. so I'm not sure what's up with the reviews on that. I personally will buy a second battery just in case though.

Well worth the price in every way!

The power is great. I reach 28mph quickly and I weigh 245. The rear basket is so useful for heavy items like 2/24 count cases of water bottles. Do not put heavy items in the front basket because it will seriously through off the bikes center of gravity, but it is great for the lighter groceries. ASSEMBLY: THERE IS NO MANUAL; you must download it. The videos online do not show up close assembly. I got the front wheel on, but did not trust how I assembled it and walked it 10 mins to the my local bike shop and had it adjusted, tires inflated and a safety check for $20. USE/Maintenance: Be sure to use the cable ties to key brake lines away from front tire. After 50 miles, I had a hard time adjusting the brake calipers to the rotors (slight rubbing noise). Another quick trip to the bike shop and a 5 min/$10 pitt stop and I was on my way. Baskets Are Awesome Guys!!!: If you're a guy and think that the baskets make the bike look kinda girlie, just trust me, and get them!!! I use this bike to ride 12 miles round trip to the gym instead of getting in a hot car here at the beach in SC. I cannot tell you how many women comment on how cool the bike is for the utility and how I am being "green", etc. And trust me boyz, they are useful. I have delivered a dirty car battery to a buddy who was broke down, carried a bag of Miracle Grow home from Home Depot, picked up auto parts, and stacked a couple cases of beer in the rear. I can carry all my fishing tackle. Other guys at the pier have ebikes, and when the see me roll up with all my gear in the rear basket, my cooler and bait in the front, they all wish they got a more utilitarian bike.
