Completely false advertisement says it does 28-32mph but the thing they don't tell you is you have to buy a different controller to get it up to that speed as it's locked at 20mph and actually only goes 17mph. Sad cost me another 120$ just to order the other controller on top of the price as the company will not email back big scam if you ask me
