Remote Control Replacement For Roku TVs

I tested this 2‑pack of replacement Roku remotes on two different Roku TVs—one in the bedroom and one in the living room—and they worked perfectly on both. There was no pairing required at all. I just added the batteries and each remote worked instantly. All the buttons and functions worked with no issues, including navigation, volume, and shortcuts. Both remotes were able to control either TV, which makes them convenient to keep around the house. The only thing some people might notice is that the remotes are very smooth and a bit slippery, so they can slide out of your hand more easily than the original Roku remotes. I didn't give stars for battery life because I just received them. But I can say, when you insert the 2 AAA batteries it instantly starts working. The remote works like the original Roku device. Easy to start streaming the channels and control the volume. Plus it comes with two identical remotes, but you will need to purchase the batteries. highly recommend

Basic Roku Remote

After inserting 2 AAA batteries (not included) it worked great with our TCL tv right away and didn't require pairing. All the buttons function as expected and I like the fact it has a sleep timer button on it as well. The remotes in our home usually get a heavy workout on a regular basis. Not only are they used for channel surfing but when playing some of the many games on Roku. After using one of the remotes intensely for the past 4 days it didn't seem to consume any more than usual battery power. This is a fairly good option if you need a couple replacements or spares. Just keep in mind this is a very basic remote and has no voice capability.
