Delicious. I wish there were more fruit toppings. It is mostly dressing and seeds. The actual mangoes clump together, and there are so few of them you don't really get much in the salad. I still enjoyed it though. Wish the green to cabbage ratio was a little more balanced as well. So much cabbage.

Love this salad kit. I usually add more dried mango and also add some Thai Chili sauce, as I like a little more salad dressing than these kits usually include, but that's just my preference. Delicious and much easier than getting all the components individually and putting together. Will get probably 2 more this week.
