I ordered 4 bar stools. All arrived undamaged and were relatively easy to put together. My husband actually put them together, I did not, but he didn't have any issues. The color is NOT a candy apple red, nor is it a burgundy. It's a mid-red but not too bright and yet, not too dark either. It works beautifully at our kitchen counter. The chairs aren't heavy but seem durable enough to last quite a few years. It seems to be a good value for the price. I looked at many heavier, more expensive chairs but this is good quality at a very reasonable price.
