The Victorinox Grand Maitre Wood Chef's Knife is used effectively for many cutting jobs, such as slicing, chopping, and carving. Victorinox Grand Maitre Wood knives feature a polished, finished and famous edge. The blades are ice-tempered to sustain sharpness longer and give a desired effect when re-sharpened. Traditional hot-drop forging creates a superior steel product with increased elasticity and maximum internal strength. The triple-rivet maple handle with rounded shape is ergonomically designed to provide optimum weight, balance and comfort. Bolsterless edge for use of entire blade and ease of sharpening.
