Monitor is not level and has a really bad stand

The monitor stand is really bad - it does not lift vertically at all. The biggest issue is that the monitor is not level horizontally - it is slightly tilted on an angle. This makes the monitor not work well as a second monitor. The stand supports a very slight tilt, but the tilt is very difficult to use. The picture is good.
