Great value with comfort
The item came as promised. The items were all there and the instructions were very clear and easy. The kit included a hex wrench which fit everything. The screws and bolts were on a card. Each group of them corresponded with each step in the instructions. Example: the back attaching to the seat on the card was a square containing what was needed for that step. It was so easy to assemble. It only took me a old man 32 minutes to assemble. Didn't even break a sweat.

This office chair is remarkable! The advertising did not tell me that this model comes with an actual built in lumbar massager that plugs into any USB port. Nice bonus. This chair is very comfortable; rhe wheels are well made and just the right size. The adjustable armrests are very easy to raise or lower with the push of a lever. The arms can raise or lower within a range of about 4our inches. I am amazed of the high quality. Liked the rapid delivery, the shipment beat the estimate by three days. Thanks Walmart.
